Glitch sfx #1. Modify/use however you want. I made this by playing a couple sine waves on different notes, then i added a fruity waveshaper to add harmonics whenever one of the sine waves clips, then filtered out the original sine waves, leaving you with the distorted harmonics you have here. This emulates the ambient noise of a planet sized computer and its associated gargantuan processes. I aimed for a "what if" scenario. What if v'ger could speak to other similar artificial entities of enormous size and complexity. Originally recorded on zoom h2. The sound was originally a styrofoam take-out container which i pressed down on and released several times. I then filtered it.

An epic menacing tone that reminds me of bladerunner and stranger things.

If i made a movie with open space shots, this would be my background. It is originally a rubbing sound, recorded on a zoom h2, then filtered and slightly stretched. It's great as an ominous background sound.

Patch on my doepfer a-100 modular synthesizer. Recorded in early 2015 using my google nexus 5 with a class-compliant audio-interface and the soundcloud app. I called it "babysteps" at the time. Created with a korg electribe 2 processed by a zoom multistomp ms-70cdr guitar multi-fx pedal, using the particle reverb. The manual states that it models the line6 m9 particle verb. Particle reverb. Terryfying sounds, like screaming monsters - this was made from a recording of sunny the budgie singing, slowed and reversed and gverb added to make it sinisterrecorded with a tascam dr07 mk2 and processed with audacity.
